Platelet Rich Plasma

The center offers PRP injection(with or without visco supplements) to facilitate regeneration of damaged cartilage in osteoarthritic joints. Our experience in this field started in 2014 with very promising results in cases of mild to moderate Osteoarthritis of knee, shoulder and ankle joints. Patients have reported great pain relief and functional improvement including range of movement and walking abilities. There is an on going study about the out come of PRP and Visco supplements injections in Osteo arthritis of knee which will be published shortly.. Our initial results are very encouraging with comparison of pain and function before and after injections. Bone marrow concentration Mesenchymal stem cells injection into the arthritic knee is also being considered. Our experience is published in the scientific journals shortly as it is under review by experts.
